A new parking facility is set to open near Glasgow Airport.
Flying Scot, a family-owned and independent airport parking provider, has leased 1.5 acres of land at Glasgow Airport Business Park to offer secure parking for travellers.
The deal was secured by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Paisley-based landlord, J&M Taylor Holdings.
Calvin Molinari, associate at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, said: "We're delighted to secure the lease of this strategically placed parcel of land to Flying Scot, a strong independent which has been operating for over 40 years.
"The surrounding area has seen significant investment, being situated within the AMIDS (Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland) South transport project that includes a road bridge crossing at Paisley Harbour for pedestrians, cyclists and road traffic."
