Vehicles seized in Renfrew after men caught driving 'unsupervised'

Cops have pulled over two drivers in Renfrew who were allegedly driving without insurance.

A red car was stopped by officers, which reportedly had no valid insurance or MOT, and also the man behind the wheel was operating the vehicle while unsupervised.

A white car was pulled over as well, which had no insurance and the driver had a revoked licence.

Both vehicles were seized by cops.

A statement read: "Group 2 Response, Renfrew attended varying calls.

"Alleged, red car no valid insurance or MOT + male driver (50) had a provisional driving license, not supervised.

"White car, no insurance + male driver (37) revoked driving licence.

"Both were seized by police."
