A Renfrew business, which has been serving the community for over 50 years has issued an update regarding "online rumours".
Heera Indian Restaurant, which is situated on Porterfield Road, posted on social media that "they are not moving anywhere" after apparent speculation about a change of location.

A statement on social media read: "Good evening Renfrew.
"We have been hearing some rumours around Renfrew that we are moving… just to let you know we are not going anywhere.
"No plans to move at the moment. We have been here serving the community for over 51 years, and we are looking forward to many more years with you all.
"Thanks so much for all your support it really means a lot.
"Pop in and see us soon."
