A Hollywood star has been spotted filming in Renfrewshire.
James McAvoy was pictured outside Coats Paisley as the cameras started rolling on the new six-part Sky Original drama Meantime.
The town centre doubled as Glasgow for scenes from the upcoming crime thriller, with film crews taking over locations as cameras rolled late into the evening.
Crowds gathered outside the church to catch a glimpse of the BAFTA award-winning actor and his co-stars.

It comes after Paisley was also used to film part of Jack of Spades, an upcoming historical blockbuster starring Josh O'Connor, last year.
Meantime is adapted from comedian, writer and broadcaster Frankie Boyle’s debut novel of the same name
Set in Glasgow in 2015, the darkly comic crime drama follows Felix McAveety, an alcoholic and Valium addict whose life spirals out of control when his best friend is murdered.
As the police investigation intensifies, Felix finds himself at the centre of the inquiry and becomes the prime suspect in the killing, forcing him to confront both his own demons and the mounting suspicion surrounding him.
