A Paisley business faces liquidation following a court petition.

The Advocate General for Scotland, for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), submitted a petition on June 23 requesting RALTEC ARC LTD be wound up by Paisley Sheriff Court.

The court was urged to appoint a liquidator for the business located at 12 Wallneuk Road, Paisley.

All parties claiming an interest in the matter must lodge Answers with Paisley Sheriff Court within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
