A popular foodie brand is set to open its new flagship store in Scotland at Braehead.
Auntie Anne’s will begin trading at the shopping centre on Saturday, July 11.
Bringing its hand-rolled, freshly baked pretzels to shoppers and visitors alike, the brand will add to the leisure destination’s growing food court.
Max Burton, managing director of Auntie Anne’s UK&I, said: "We’re delighted to open our new store in Glasgow.
"With this store, we’re bringing a new flagship to Scotland that is in a fantastic location in one of the country’s largest and most heavily visited shopping and entertainment destinations.
"We’ve always loved the city and look forward to playing our part in contributing to the local community."

The launch will create 12 new jobs and form part of Auntie Anne’s wider expansion strategy to grow its presence in high-footfall retail and leisure destinations across the UK and Ireland.
To celebrate the opening, Auntie Anne’s will host a Giant Pretzel Pulling Ceremony at 10.45am, followed by a free pretzel giveaway between 11am and 12pm for customers visiting the new store.
Located in the food court, the Braehead branch will offer its full range of classic and speciality pretzels alongside its signature lemonade.
Founded in 1988 at a Pennsylvania farmer’s market, Auntie Anne’s now operates more than 2,000 locations in over 25 countries.
Burton continued: "As we look to expand in the country, this flagship will be really important for us.
"Not only will it help in building brand awareness of Auntie Anne’s in the local area, but it will also present opportunities to showcase the strength of our offer to prospective franchisees in line with our growth strategy.
"We look forward to introducing pretzel lovers to their new store this weekend."
Ashley Bisland, centre director at Frasers Plus Braehead, added: "Auntie Anne’s is a brilliant addition to Frasers Plus Braehead, bringing even more variety to our food and drink offering with snacks and treats we know will be well-received by our visitors.
"The brand’s freshly baked pretzels are a great fit for visitors looking for a quick bite while they shop, meet friends or enjoy a family day out, and this opening helps us offer even more choice for visitors at every stage of their visit."
