Active Communities (Scotland) Limited is seeking a licence to use 7 Quarry Street, Johnstone, PA5 8DY as an operating centre for one goods vehicle.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected can submit written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE stating their reasons.

At the same time, representors must also send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of the public notice.

All representations must be submitted within 21 days of the notice's publication.
