A former Paisley charity shop space has a new tenant.

The Causeyside Street site, which was previously home to a Cancer Research UK unit, is set to have a new lease of life.

Details of the new tenant have yet to be confirmed, but the removal of the letting sign suggests a new business could be on its way to the town centre.

Meanwhile, plans to install an ATM on the outside of a café at a commercial hub in Erskine have been given the green light by Renfrewshire Council.

Separate requests for planning permission and advertisement consent for the cash machine at Dani’s Diner in Bridgewater Shopping Centre have been approved by the local authority.

NCR Atleos was informed of the planning department’s move to grant the applications, subject to conditions, in an official decision notice that was issued last week.
