THE mum of a seven-month-old who died suddenly has paid heartbreaking tribute to her “beautiful baby boy.”

We reported on Monday how police investigating the child’s death were treating it as “unexplained.”

The boy was rushed to Wishaw General Hospital at around 6.15pm on Saturday after cops received a report he was unconscious within a home in Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire.

Sadly, the tot died prior to arriving at the hospital.

Now, mum-of-three Taylor Bentley has paid emotional tribute to the child, named Royale.

Taylor wrote on Facebook: “Mummies beautiful baby boy  fly high my boy I love you so so much.”

The mum’s cousin Sharon started a fundraising page to raise money for funeral costs.

With the aim of raising £50, the page smashed the target to gather over £1,760 within hours.

Sharon wrote: “As everyone will probably have heard, our cousin Taylor sadly lost her beautiful baby boy Royale last night. No words can describe how heartbreaking this is as no mum should have to lose their baby. If anyone would like to donate, no matter how big or small, it would be very much appreciated. RIP, gorgeous boy.”
