A pitch inspection will take place this afternoon at 3.30pm
St Mirren's bottom of the table clash against Hearts tonight is in doubt with the Simple Digital Arena pitch set to undergo an inspection at 3.30pm this afternoon.
Following sustained heavy rainfall along with forecasts of continued rain until kick-off at 7.45pm, referee Alan Muir will pass judgement on the pitch before making his decision.
Currently sitting three points above the Edinburgh side who are rooted to the bottom spot, Buddies will have the chance to open up some daylight betweem themselves and Daniel Stendel's men.
