POLICE are looking for a teenager who has gone missing from Paisley.
Hamid Iqbal, 16, hasn't been seen since Wednesday, July 11, at around 10pm.
He is described as 5ft 6in, of slim build, with wavy black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a khaki green tracksuit and black trainers.
It is believed he may have travelled to the Edinburgh area.
Sergeant Jackie Melvin, Paisley Police Office, said: "We are concerned about the length of time Hamid has been missing with no confirmed contact with family or friends and need to confirm he is safe and well.
"Extensive police enquiries are ongoing to trace him and officers have been carrying out searches to find Hamid, but have so far been unsuccessful.
"I would ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland."
If anyone has seen Hamid or has any information on his whereabouts call police on 101.
