1. A group of Renfrewshire youngsters were revealed as job winners at a glittering ceremony to mark the conclusion of a popular youth employment programme. The finale of the summer edition of The Recruit took place at Paisley Town Hall in front of a crowd of invited guests and proud parents.

2. Pupils were awarded for their model behaviour with a party at Pandamonium Play Centre. Youngsters from Barsail Primary were recognised for their hard work with a variety of fun-filled activities.

3. Johnstone's young guns resurrected the town’s gala — bringing the entire community together for a memorable day. West Johnstone Youth Council (WYJC) joined forces with the newly-refurbished Johnstone Community Sports Complex to bring the long-awaited event back to life.

6. Ren 96 masters took part in the Inverclyde Overnight Swimming Challenge. This challenging event involved a 12-hour relay from 7pm on the Saturday evening until 7am on the Sunday morning, braving the Scottish weather, in the Open Air pool at Gourock.
