1. A box office opened in Paisley to make it easy for residents and visitors to get tickets during The Royal National Mòd and The Spree festival.
2. Gifted go-kart ace Ciaran Haggerty, from Johnstone, became the youngest person ever to win a Formula Ford race.
3. Pupils at Johnstone High were whipping up a storm when the Cooking Bus, staffed by qualified food teachers, stopped off at the school.
4. Pupils at Kirklandneuk Primary had some continental visitors to commemorate the start of a new Scots-French learning partnership.
5. Spellbound families were celebrating Hallowe'en early when they participated in a chilling witch hunt re-enactment in Renfrewshire.
6. John Harte, Mary Hackett and Karen Gilligan, of Kibble Education and Care Centre, trekked across Jordan to raise money for Paisley's Accord Hospice.
