A DRIVER has been fined after allegedly being caught without insurance.
It comes after officers stopped a vehicle on Stow Brae in Paisley earlier this morning (Wednesday, January 3).
Following that, the driver was handed six points and a £300 fine, while his motor was also seized.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Officers from Glasgow Road Policing stopped this vehicle on Stow Brae in Paisley today.
"As you can tell by the sticker, it had no insurance.
"Driver issued with a fixed penalty for six points, a £300 fine, and the vehicle seized."
