With guitarist/songwriter Bradley Maher at the reigns, bassist Angus Richardson, guitarist/vocalist Sam Braes, synth player Sam Cameron, and drummer/vocalist Shay McDermott blend together a range of influences from popular bands such as Radiohead and IDLES.

Scunnurt’s latest release, Lemon Tree, takes a stark look at losing your sense of self to a relationship.

They said: "The song takes the imagery of a lemon tree to symbolise both the sweet and bitter sides to love, painting it as a double-edged sword.

"Starting a new relationship can be terrifying but in that fear there is excitement.

"This song encapsulates the experiences we've had finding and losing love.

"Lemon Tree speaks of the youth and their attitude to love, cast against the backdrop of a ferocious soundscape."
