THERE was a silver lining for bowlers in Renfrewshire as they competed for prizes at the weekend.
Matches were keenly contested at Kilbarchan Bowling Club on Saturday, January 7.
Ian Whyte and Gaynor Taylor, of Inchinnan Bowling Club, and William Wood and Bridie Taylor, of Wellmeadow Bowling Club, competed in the Mixed Pairs Final.
Inchinnan Bowling Club were declared the winners of the match and congratulated by Paisley and District Indoor Bowling Association president John Deans and past president Kenny Moore.
