COPS are on the hunt for a firebug who deliberately torched an outbuilding next to Johnstone's old police station.
Detectives investigating the incident say they were alerted to the blaze at around 7pm last night just yards from the station in Quarry Street.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended and later extinguished the blaze, which is now believed to have been set deliberately.
The police station, which has been closed for around 18 months, is currently unused but plans are in place to convert it into a fitness hub.

Police are asking anyone with information to call them on 101.
