COUNCIL chiefs have pledged to work with members of the Community Spaces committee in Spateston to help them achieve their ambitions.

A Renfrewshire Council spokesman said: “We recognise the importance of green spaces as community assets. That’s why we’ve established a fund for communities to apply for support to improve their dear green places. It is pleasing to see Spateston residents coming forward with new ideas and we will work with them to help them achieve their ambitions.
