A TEENAGER has been charged with illegal possession of a knife in Renfrewshire.
Officers stopped and searched the 18-year-old suspect in Caledonia Street, Paisley, at around 12.30am yesterday.
He was allegedly found with a knife, as well as a small amount of drugs, and was taken into custody but later released on an undertaking.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
