Dee Place in Johnstone
A MAN has been charged with illegal possession of a knife in a Johnstone street.
Police stopped the 28-year-old suspect in Dee Place at around 11.15pm on Friday after a member of the public reported a disturbance.
The man was allegedly found with a fixed-blade knife and taken into custody by officers.
He was released on an undertaking and is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court at a later date.
