A MAN has been charged in connection with an alleged attempted murder in Renfrewshire.
The 44-year-old suspect was arrested following a disturbance in Renfrew Road, Paisley, at around 8pm on Friday, April 30.
A 43-year-old man who was injured was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in Glasgow, and is understood to be in a stable condition.
Police said the suspect is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
